1. Your FAITH shows when COMPASSION flows
  • What is your typical first response when you see people who are in need or who are in trouble and disgrace? 
  • What circumstances do you think have led you to those responses? 
  • READ MATTHEW 22:37-39 - What stands out in these verses?
  • Share about a time your heart broke with compassion for someone else? 
  • How does compassion reflect faith? 
2. Before your form your PLANS be sure you bend your KNEES
  • Why is it dangerous to make plans to try and help someone before you pray about it? 
  • READ PROVERBS 16:3 - What stands out in this verse? 
  • How have you responded to the compassion for circumstances or people who have stirred your heart? 
  • Has it impacted your prayer life? Why or why not? 
3. You may be the ANSWER to your own PRAYER
  • Has there ever been a time you have prayed about something and then realized that GOd may be calling YOU to do something about it? Share about that. 
  • READ PSALM 32:8 - What stands out in this verse? 
  • What obstacles stand in the way of you taking action on the promptings God has placed on your heart? 
  • What can you do to overcome those obstacles?
