Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Sunrise Kid's Ministry. This is an awesome place to serve and you will find it very rewarding. Every week many volunteers show up and work together to create an awesome place for our kids. Sunrise Kids Ministry is fueled by volunteers and wouldn't exist without them. Each volunteer is an important part of the ministry team.

Check out some of the team players needed to have everything run smoothly:

• Setup Team
  Helps setup the room before services.
• Lockup Team
  Makes sure all doors and windows are shut and locked.
• Cleaning Team
  Takes out trash, cleans floors, cleans bathroom, cleans and stacks chairs, and cleans toys.
• Meet and Greet Team
  Warmly welcome kids and parents into classrooms, signs kids in, helps to transition new children into classes.
• Teacher
  Works together with a team to teach lessons to kids through stories, puppets, games, crafts, and object lessons.
• Helper
  Assists the teacher with classroom activities.
• Nursery Caregiver
  Holds and cares for babies.
• Special Events
  Serves by helping with special events put on throughout the year. Helps to prepare crafts, plays fun games, has puppet shows, etc.
