Get Connected. Being in high school today is anything but easy. Between all the pressures of fitting in, homework, college/future careers, it becomes really easy to miss the most important connections in life.
That's where the high school ministry at Sunrise comes in. The high school ministry here at Sunrise, is all about helping you get connected with God and others and having a great time doing it. Check out all the ways below you can get connected.
Shift
Wednesdays from 7 PM - 8:30 PM in the Auditorium
If you're looking to get connected with God and others and want to have a good time doing it, start here. Shift is a fun place with a chill atmosphere. Come early at 6:30 PM to hang out, shoot some hoops, hang out with friends, play pool, foosball, and even get a great deal on snacks at the Shift Cafe! Then at 7 PM, the real fun begins. We divide into homerooms where you get to know other students in fun and creative ways, and then come back together for activities, music, and a message that matters for your life!
Higher Ground
Sundays from 9 AM in Room 219
Ready to take your faith to a higher level? Come to Higher Ground, a worship service for high school students. At Higher Ground, you can expect to connect with God through student-led worship, to get connected with students who are striving to live for Jesus, and to connect with God's Word through messages that will challenge your faith and impact your life.
Deeper Ground
Sunday Mornings at 11 AM in Room 270
Ready to connect with God on a deeper level? Deeper Ground classes are classes for students who want to get serious about living for Jesus. It's where you can learn how to share your faith with your friends or get a better grasp on understanding what the Bible is all about. If you have a drive to learn and become more committed to Jesus, Deeper Ground is where you want to be.
